I'm Stephanie Shasteen. I work on the data team in SpaceX's AI division, where my job is evaluating where AI systems succeed and where they fail — which makes me professionally allergic to overselling this technology.

That's the point of view I bring to your practice: I'm not here to sell you "AI." I'm here to find the eleven hours a month your office loses to re-typing, and to build the boring, reliable system that gets them back — with your staff reviewing everything it does.

Before data science, I spent over a decade in Texas public education, so I've lived inside under-resourced operations where every hour matters. I live in Spring, and I work with practices I can drive to.
